We are looking for a highly motivated person with technical skills to work on our product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers to continue creating and improving our platform. The ideal candidate is an IT project management expert, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams within the organization.

- Lead the design and implementation of complex backend solutions.

- Apply SOLID principles in code design.

- Use the Domain Directed Design (DDD) architecture to model the application domain.

- Supervise and train junior developers.

- Evaluate and adjust the product: Collect and analyze user data and feedback to evaluate product performance and satisfaction. Use these insights to make continuous adjustments and improvements to the product.

- Experience in backend development with TypeScript.

- In-depth knowledge of SOLID Principles.

- Experience in Domain-Directed Design (DDD).

- Advanced skills in unit and integration testing.

- Leadership and effective communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Knowledge of agile project management tools and problem tracking systems.

- Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Curiosity about data and how it helps us to make better decisions.

- Great abstraction capacity that allows prioritization at all times, maximizing return on investment.
